Clive, Ahhh yes, your not so subtle anti cat campaign continues...The board goes fine, thanks. I am building up a head of steam at the clean stage... not much time for blogging I'm afraid.
Dominic, Greetings and thanks!
Hello Elliot, Mr Schlingmann tells us 'Dackel' is short for Dachshund. You can check this older post for more: http://doodlin.blogspot.com/2005/12/show-us-yer-wienies-part-2.html
Hi Enzo, Thanks! Your stuff is buckets of fun too.
A poppy?I sthere a reason to be a poppy and no other flower?I like poppy, I have lots of poppy photos because i like the color very much! And I like this dog too!
I feel very tired tonight, so I will not be leaving a lengthy comment for this post except to say that I simply love them. Well, I think I could have simplified what I wrote, huh? I Should have economized my comment by just writing, "I love them". I shall do my best to do so on your next post.
Hi Sumeet, Yes that's a dachshund. I had one when I was a kid and still find they are a hoot to draw.
Ariel, hello! Thanks for visiting, and yes, I meant this as a set of oriental hyroglyphs.
Hi Belinha! Sorry I did not see your comment till now... The poppy is the flower of our Remembrance Day in Canada after the poem 'In Flander's Field the poppies grow..."
Cheers Emma! Thanks for your nice note.
Mike, do get some rest! But feel free to write longish comments should you choose to. :)

Dachsunds are about the best dogs for visual gags. I really like the wobbly one on top there...
And the look on the face of the one at bottom right!
