I think inking is in a way like throwing yourself at the art and hoping that you land on your feet dancing. It's sort of a mixed metaphor but it's all I got this morning.

Thanks for the compliments on Max's inks too. I'll pass them on. Cheers,

Arnathe doodlershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11550185004249639693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-69391065771084324882008-02-13T20:56:00.000-05:002008-02-13T20:56:00.000-05:00Really nice hands on him. Since I started stumbling around in the dark with a paintbrush, trying to hit the paper, I have newfound respect for those who actually know what they're doing!!Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03701836084537450857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-75385435585552967212008-01-31T22:05:00.000-05:002008-01-31T22:05:00.000-05:00Thanks Dave! Thanks Dave!the doodlershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11550185004249639693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-22895174961914295422008-01-31T20:00:00.000-05:002008-01-31T20:00:00.000-05:00Beautiful sketch Arna!Beautiful sketch Arna!splotchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05542558212928490276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-45026301073622205652008-01-29T19:29:00.000-05:002008-01-29T19:29:00.000-05:00ah yes, radio waves...zzzt zzt well we've all been...ah yes, radio waves...zzzt zzt well we've all been inundated with'em...pzzzt zzzzdzzzzg zzzt... sorry what's that? It's the radio waves; everywhere, relentlessly, constantly interupting my thoughts with chatter.

You're right though, they never look up. Actually, the future looks good for sketching in public...

It must be fun all that boarding, but when it rains, it pours, I guess. At least you have the good sense to put your foot down and work no more than 7 days a week with an evening off to work on your own thing...

Hope all's well with you guys.Clivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03157933440777720220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-91916382505318682742008-01-29T11:19:00.000-05:002008-01-29T11:19:00.000-05:00Hi again, Clive! Thanks for stopping by.

Yeah, since I seemed to be at work 6, 7 days a week in my home office these days, I use a Wednesday night class as my self-imposed adventure into the social world of Toronto. Lots of 'wired' folks out there!the doodlershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11550185004249639693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16598992.post-13367732549903666792008-01-29T11:09:00.000-05:002008-01-29T11:09:00.000-05:00Lovely again. I rarely get to the outside world, but had to go through an airport for the first time in many, many years at Christmas. It was shocking to see everyone, every last person, walking, sitting or standing engrossed in their own personal hand-held devise; playing music, talking, playing games, god knows what. I felt like I was on the wrong planet; how quickly the world changes.Clivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03157933440777720220noreply@blogger.com
